We are very proud to announce that I’m Dreaming of a White Doomsday has been nominated at Crimson Screen Film Festival for Best Feature, Best Screenplay, Best FX, Best Cinematography, star Hope Bikle has been nominated for Best Actress and I’ve been nominated for Best Director! This was dizzying news and its an absolute honor to have been put in the same league as the other nominees and their films. Doomsday will be screening there May 26th at 1:30pm and the Doomsday gang will be in attendance at the fest all weekend, so if you’re in South Carolina, drop in and hang out with us! White Doomsday will also be playing the weekend prior at Days of The Dead Charlotte on Friday, May 18th at midnight so if you’re attending the show, don’t miss out!

 

In other news, we have two new reviews of the film, one from the always badass Fitz of Horror, and a very in depth one from Dave Grant at You Have Died of Dysentery. Dave is one of the harshest critics I know, and that’s what make his reviews so important, he is brutally honest in his assessments and that’s something I really respect. A word of warning about this review though: It contains spoilers so if you haven’t seen the film yet, you may want to wait to read it.
